Phil Weber
Director
Phil worked for a number of years as a psychologist, initially within the public health systems of Victoria and then Queensland; and then in the Australian Army. In 1993 he retired from the Army to take on the full time care of his children. As a hobby, something to do between nappy changes, he created a database to manage his wife's anaesthetic practice. In 1994 an anaesthetist who had worked as a locum for his wife asked Phil to continue doing his billing for him after the locum concluded, and that was the beginning of what has become ProBills Australia. In 2002, once all his children had started school Phil focused on growing the client base of the business, and as a result Probills has experienced consistent growth every year since, to the point where it is now a major supplier of billing support to medical practitioners throughout Australia. Viv Little
Office Manager
Viv has been with the ProBills since February 2003. Initially joining us as a returning to the workforce mother, on a part time job share basis, this quickly escalated to full time.
Viv has had 11 years banking experience in a variety of roles with Westpac Banking Corporation in New Zealand, ranging from branch teller to Head of Foreign Exchange Support, managing the back office operations for the Foreign Exchange dealers. Whilst not in the paid workforce she held various positions on pre-school and primary school committees and moved her family trans-Tasman three times.
